Allison McDonnell
Director
Part of the Campbell School family since 2012, Allison became Director in 2023. An EEC-certified Director, she leads our team with warmth and dedication.
Katherine Russo
Lead Teacher · Toddler
Lead Teacher certified and on track for directorship, Katherine has spent over 10 years in early childhood education — and preschool is where her heart is.
Melissa McLoud

With over 17 years working with children, Melissa loves creating a warm, nurturing space where they feel comfortable, confident and excited to learn.
Maryanne Cartier
Teacher · Three-Year-Old Class
A Milton local back for her second year, Maryanne brings a children’s theatre background — and continues her mother Maureen Truax’s 23-year Campbell legacy.
Terri Lyn Azar
Teacher · Three-Year-Old Class
A certified EEC teacher who joined in 2019, Terri is a familiar face in the community and loves time with her family and granddaughters.
Lisa McSweeney
Assistant Teacher · Three-Year-Old Class
After 20 years in digital marketing and design, Lisa is proud to continue the legacy of her mom, Mrs. Zizza, one of Campbell’s original teachers.
Kathy Aldrich
Lead Teacher · Four-Year-Old Class
With the school since 2009, Kathy earned her Lead Teacher certification through Quincy College and Massasoit. She absolutely loves teaching.
Tara Dowdall
Teacher · Four-Year-Old Class
Originally from Ireland, Tara once ran a preschool morning program from her home and has been part of the Campbell School community since 2019.
Tara O'Leary
Lead Teacher · K1 Kindergarten
A Bridgewater State graduate in Elementary and Special Education, Tara began in the Quincy Public Schools and has raised five children in Milton.
Kristin McArdle
Lead Teacher · K1 Kindergarten
Now in her 29th year as a pre-K/K teacher, Kristin holds a degree from UMass Amherst and believes children learn best through play and imagination.
